Despite a slowdown in transactions, Proskauer Rose has added Kieran Murphy as a partner in its real estate practice amid an anticipated resurgence in demand, the firm announced Thursday. Murphy joins the firm’s New York office from Milbank, where he was special counsel.
Murphy’s addition follows the recent hire of real estate special counsel Amiel Mandel. Proskauer said that they have seen steady real estate business, despite troubles in the market.
