After unsuccessful insertion of a heart stent in 2008 at Westchester Health Care Corp. and the Westchester Medical Center (collectively WMC) plaintiff's decedent was treated for congestive heart failure, which included a left ventricular assist device, in 2011 at Yale-New Haven Hospital, where he died from complications.
