Kaufman Dolowich said it’s absorbing four-lawyer Keidel & Cunningham, a professional liability-focused firm. Partners Stephen Cunningham, Robert Grande and Howard Kronberg join the firm’s Westchester office, alongside associate Belino Voshtina.
Cunningham said in an interview that Keidel & Cunningham will close with the moves. The firm’s closure follows the unexpected death of Keidel & Cunningham’s other-named partner, Jim Keidel, in March this year.
