New York Gov. Kathy Hochul has appointed three downstate judges to serve on Brooklyn’s intermediate appellate court, her administration announced on Wednesday.

Named to the Appellate Division, Second Department were Justice Donna-Marie E. Golia, the administrative judge for criminal matters in state Supreme Court of Queens, state Supreme Court Justice Phillip Hom of Queens, and Associate Justice James McCormack, of the Appellate Term for the Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts–Second Department.
