Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith filed a lawsuit against real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Wednesday, alleging the brokerage owes more than $86,000 in unpaid legal fees for numerous matters from 2020-2022.
The lawsuit cites nine cases in which Lewis Brisbois represented Cushman & Wakefield, beginning in February 2020 and ending Jan. 31, 2022. In most of these cases, Cushman had paid part of the legal fees to Lewis Brisbois and had a balance remaining.
