What were some of your most satisfying successes of the past year, and why?
The EXL legal team in New York have achieved many notable successes in the past year. Supporting the business remains front of mind for us, so all efforts that led to us assisting the business have been incredibly rewarding. Our successes in this regard range from streamlining the contracting process, officially recognizing the strong industry knowledge of the business through FastTrack certification and also, bolstering our ability to efficiently create and protect our intellectual property and responsible AI models.
