What are some of your most satisfying successes of the past year and why?
Over the past year, my most satisfying work has focused on innovative approaches to serving our policyholder clients, with successes in litigation and claims management using data analytics. One example of such achievement was the development of a component of SterlingRisk's online risk management platform that enhances litigation strategies through legal analytics. This tool has allowed us to predict case outcomes more accurately, allocate internal claims resources more effectively, and achieve favorable resolutions for our clients faster.
