What are some of your most satisfying successes of the past year and why?
As the general counsel as well as Head of People and Strategic Operations at Blend, a technology company powering the future of banking with simplicity and transparency, my most satisfying successes over the past year have stemmed from transforming significant challenges into opportunities for growth and innovation. Right-sizing the business and establishing a path to profitability during a period of economic uncertainty demanded strategic vision, creativity and resilience from me on a daily basis. I am proud to be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our Board of Directors and management team, as we navigate intense organizational change, drive business success despite market headwinds, balance innovation with financial discipline, and manage risks and uncertainties—all while continuously fostering an inclusive and high-performing culture across the company.
