In just a few words, how would you describe your leadership style?
I would describe my leadership style as thoughtful, creative and approachable. I like to lead by example, assist others in their professional and business development, and connect the lawyers in our office with opportunities both within and outside the firm. I try very hard to be empathetic while also encouraging everyone in our office to be their best selves. With the industry focused on RTO, I try to motivate people to want to be in the office as opposed to focusing on consequences for those who are having a hard time getting to the office.
