In just a few words, how would you describe your leadership style?

I am collaborative, and I like to solicit different viewpoints. At the same time, I am also decisive and strategic as a leader about decisions we need to make. Sidley by culture is very collaborative. We strive to maintain that essence in service of our clients’ needs as we grow in New York and globally. It is important as we expand to maintain close connections to colleagues across the office and garner support for important decisions that are made at the firm. Additionally, my own practice is rooted in problem solving and as a strategist who can look around corners, which positions me well to address the myriad of interesting issues we face on a daily basis.
