What are your proudest accomplishments in the area of diversity and inclusion in law?

I am proud to have used my legal skills to support individuals from underrepresented backgrounds in various capacities including domestic violence-related issues. Many of these individuals do not have the means to secure proper counsel and are left in unfortunate circumstances. My establishment of the Rutgers Law Study on Women in Law Fellowship this past summer was truly one of my proudest moments, it enabled a female law student to continue working on this important project – without our new Fellowship, such funding was not available. I feel that this was a remarkable accomplishment.
