Two Georgia poll workers who won a $148 million defamation case against Rudy Giuliani are now asking a federal judge in New York to enforce their judgment, claiming the former U.S. Attorney continues to “evade and obstruct accountability for his actions.”

Counsel for plaintiffs Ruby Freeman and Wandrea’ ArShaye “Shaye” Moss filed the action for enforcement of a lien on Friday in the U.S. District for the Southern District of New York.
