Of course, winning a trial is highly rewarding, but this one was such an important win for Ed, Amy, and all songwriters who need to and should be able to use their toolbox of musical building blocks to create great music for years to come. I am also proud to have been named a co-chair of the firm's Litigation Group this year. I have been at Pryor Cashman since I was a summer associate, and feel honored to co-chair the firm's largest group.
Name a lawyer or mentor whose leadership inspired you. Don Zakarin has been a true mentor and inspiration for me – his dedication, work ethic, and sheer talent as a litigator are unparalleled.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The suit, filed Dec. 11 in New York Southern District Court by Bleichmar Fonti & Auld, accuses the defendants of concealing the bank's 'pervasive' deficiencies in regards to its compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and the quality of its anti-money laundering controls.
