What are some of your proudest recent achievements? My proudest recent achievements are not actually my achievements but watching the achievements of the attorneys who I have helped mentor and train over the years. The thrill of your first big victory only comes but once in your career, but watching new attorneys realize that same success for the first time is the next best thing. I am very proud of the leadership and mentorship that many of the Partners at our firm provide. We have spent a lot of time and money developing our mentorship and training programs. I strongly believe in a growth mindset in everything we do and instilling that same mindset in the leadership of our firm is my top priority.
