The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit on Tuesday upheld the dismissal of a securities lawsuit against Ericsson that accused the Swedish telecommunications firm of making misleading statements about its anticorruption practices to address allegedly corrupt business activities in Iraq.
