Over the years, she has led a global team of Paul Hastings partners and has liaised with critical stakeholders to expand the firm's Direct Lending and Alternative Lender practice to a stellar 150+ finance lawyer roster that partners with the largest and most sophisticated banks, investment banks, and direct lenders across numerous industries. Over the last year alone, the team has closed over 300 debt financing and preferred equity transactions with an aggregate financing quantum of over $130 billion and have advised the lenders and underwriters in financing transactions ranging from $10 million to over $5 billion.
