Criminal LawCriminal laws, no matter how well designed and enforced, cannot by themselves solve society's most urgent and complex problems. Despite anti-gun laws, American society is awash in guns, typically military-style weapons most often used in mass shootings. Indeed, there are more guns in America than people. Despite laws regulating the use and storage of guns, gun violence increases by the day.
