In another leadership change for a core practice, Simpson Thacher & Bartlett named two new co-heads of its fund finance group: Jennifer Levitt and Julia Kohen. The pair will replace Mary Touchstone, a renowned, long-time fund finance leader who held the position for 10 years.
The group leadership change is at least the second this year at Simpson, after longtime banking and credit practice head Patrick Ryan stepped down and was replaced by Alexandra Kaplan and Brian Steinhardt.
