Embattled producer Harvey Weinstein entered a not guilty plea on Wednesday to a newly unsealed charge of criminal sexual act in the first degree for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman in a lower Manhattan hotel almost two decades ago.
The new count relates to one alleged instance involving one woman in lower Manhattan sometime in April or May 2006, in which prosecutors accuse Weinstein of forcible oral sex.
