A New York federal judge on Wednesday denied a second bid by Sean Combs' lawyers to release the rap artist from custody following his arrest on sex crimes charges earlier this week.
U.S. District Court Judge Andrew Carter said he found the government had proven that Combs posed a danger of obstructing justice and witness tampering, as well as a danger to the safety of those in the community.
