A Long Island attorney who's running for a second term in the New York State Assembly was disbarred on Wednesday in a per curiam ruling of the Appellate Division, Second Department.
According to the decision, Assemblymember Edward A. Flood, R-Brookhaven, didn't respond to six charges that had been instituted by the Grievance Committee for the Tenth Judicial District.
