Morgan, Lewis & Bockius has added a capital markets and public companies attorney from Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York and Princeton, New Jersey. Rahul Patel, who was an associate at Davis Polk, is joining Morgan Lewis as a partner, the firm said Tuesday.
Before he joined Davis Polk in 2019, Patel worked as an attorney-adviser at the Securities and Exchange Commission Division of Corporate Finance from 2014 to 2019.
