A federal judge in Manhattan has ruled that a web-only business cannot be sued over website accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
The decision, from Chief Judge Laura Taylor Swain of the U.S. District Court from the Southern District of New York, stems from an ADA claim against an online coffee retailer.
