Defense counsel for Donald Trump has again urged a federal appellate court to remove the former president's criminal case from state court.
In a 99-page filing made late Monday, attorneys Emil Bove and Todd Blanche asked the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit to vacate a September decision from a lower court denying removal.
