A former Davis Polk & Wardwell associate who lost his retaliation case against the firm has dropped his appeal, thereby ending the litigation.
In a three-page letter filed late Tuesday with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, Kaloma Cardwell's attorney and counsel for Davis Polk stipulated the appeal is withdrawn.
