The bribery charge facing New York City Mayor Eric Adams should remain intact, federal prosecutors wrote in urging a judge to deny a defense motion to dismiss the count.
"The defendant seeks to avoid facing trial on a bribery charge by claiming that the Indictment does not describe the corrupt bargain he entered with sufficient precision," prosecutors wrote U.S. District Court Judge Dale Ho.
