A New York judge on Wednesday declined to sanction attorneys on both sides of a $10 million lawsuit that accuses disbarred lawyer and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani of sexual assault and violations of labor laws.

"We need to start cutting down on the sideshows," Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Nicholas Moyne said during a virtual hearing in denying the cross motions for sanctions from both Giuliani and plaintiff Noelle Dunphy. "I find this a complete sideshow."
