The global top six publishers of academic journals have hired Am Law 100 firms to defend against antitrust class-action allegations in Brooklyn federal court.

Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer; Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton; Cravath, Swaine & Moore; Sidley Austin; Venable; Weil, Gotshal & Manges; and White & Case represent the publishers and trade group accused of coercing peer reviewers to perform unpaid work in violation of the Sherman Act.
