A New York-licensed immigration lawyer now practicing in Texas has been suspended by an Empire State appellate court as of Thursday.
Darlene D. Brown was suspended by the Appellate Division, Third Department for allegedly ghosting a client, and not responding to multiple inquiries from the Attorney Grievance Committee in its probe, according to the court's unanimous ruling.
