Defense attorneys for Archegos Capital Management founder Sung Kook "Bill" Hwang are urging a judge to impose a no-jail sentence for their client, while also pushing back on a prosecution request that Hwang forfeit more than $10 billion.

Hwang, 60, was found guilty in July of fraud and market manipulation that led to the firm’s 2021 collapse. He is expected to face sentencing Wednesday before U.S. District Judge Alvin Hellerstein of the Southern District of New York.
