The New York State Bar Association last week honored a Cravath, Swaine & Moore partner known for her prowess in the courtroom and for her mentorship to the next generation of female attorneys at her firm.
Cravath partner Lauren Moskowitz’s receipt of the 2024 Shira A. Scheindlin Award for Excellence in the Courtroom completes a circle in the attorney’s nearly two-decade legal career—Moskowitz clerked for Sheindlin, then a U.S. district judge in the Southern District of New York early in her career.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
