A New York court on Friday indefinitely delayed sentencing in the criminal hush money case against President-elect Donald Trump.
In the same terse order postponing sentencing, Manhattan Supreme Court acting Justice Juan Merchan also allowed Trump’s defense team to submit a motion to dismiss the case.
