A federal judge in New York on Wednesday denied rapper Sean "Diddy” Combs’ third motion for bond in his federal sex trafficking case, finding there are no conditions that could assure the reasonable safety of the community.

U.S. District Court Judge Arun Subramanian of the Southern District of New York said prosecutors had provided direct evidence of Combs’ violence, proof that he violated prison regulations regarding communications, and that he posed a serious risk of witness tampering.
