Civil litigation law firm Goldberg Segalla has launched a new office in Wilmington, Delaware, looking to provide additional geographic support for corporate clients and insurance carriers.

The office will be led by commercial litigator Scott Earle, who also handles construction and real estate matters. As of the opening, Earle—who arrives from the firm's Philadelphia office—is the only attorney occupying the location, although Goldberg Segalla hiring partner Joseph Hanna indicated that the firm was in the process of adding two associates, a legal assistant, and a paralegal to the new office.
