The defamation lawsuit filed by President-elect Donald Trump against ABC News and "This Week" anchor George Stephanopoulos ended Saturday in a settlement agreement, the day after a federal judge ordered both Trump and Stephanopoulos to sit for depositions.

As per the agreement, ABC and Stephanopoulos agreed to pay $15 million toward a Trump library or museum and $1 million toward Trump's attorney fees for work led by Miami-based attorney Alejandro Brito. They have also agreed on a written “clarification” for issue by ABC.
