A former longtime prosecutor in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office has been retained to represent the man accused of fatally shooting the CEO of UnitedHeathcare in midtown Manhattan.
Karen Friedman Agnifilo of Agnifilo Intrater will serve as lead defense counsel on the case, the firm’s principal attorney and her husband, Marc Agnifilo, confirmed to the New York Law Journal.
