Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg on Tuesday announced the indictment of the man suspected of fatally shooting UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.
Luigi Mangione now faces charges of first-degree murder as an act of terrorism, second-degree murder, criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a forged instrument.
