A Manhattan federal judge on Tuesday denied a bid by New York City Mayor Eric Adams to dismiss the bribery count in his public corruption case.
U.S. District Judge Dale Ho of the Southern District of New York ruled that the “indictment is sufficiently pleaded, and dismissal is not warranted,” and rejected defense allegations that prosecutors failed to meet the legal standards for bribery.
