Former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is striking back with court action against his onetime health policy aide who had accused him of sexual harassment and recently withdrew her federal claim against him.
Cuomo's attorneys, Theresa Trzaskoma of Sher Tremonte and Rita M. Glavin, filed a notice of claim that their client intends to sue Charlotte Bennett for allegedly continuing to falsely claim he sexually harassed her, even while dropping her lawsuit against him on the eve of her deposition on Dec. 9.
