Justin Vigdor, a Rochester-area attorney and 1980’s-era president of the New York State Bar Association, passed away on Thursday at age 95.
Vigdor was president of the NYSBA from 1985 to 1986, and was president of the New York Bar Foundation from 1991 to 1994.
