A problem-solving court for veterans of two counties in Western New York has opened, court system leaders said on Friday.
The Cattaraugus County Veterans Treatment Court opened in the county's largest city, in the Olean City Courthouse. It will also serve veterans of nearby Allegany County, said Olean City Court Judge Nicholas A. DiCerbo, the presiding judge.
