Six new supervising judges were named to oversee court administration across four New York City boroughs.
Judge L. Austin D’Souza was tapped to succeed Judge Shahabuddeen Ally as the supervising judge for the Manhattan Civil Court, while Judge Frances Ortiz was named as Judge Norma Jennings' successor as the supervising judge for the New York County Housing Court, according to a memo obtained by the New York Law Journal.
