Alston & Bird is adding a two-partner team from McDermott Will & Emery as part of its continued “strategic expansion" of its transactional services in New York.
David Grimes and Patrick Rowe joined the Am Law 100 firm Tuesday in its Manhattan office. Grimes focuses his practice on cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions primarily for private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, while Rowe concentrates on private equity transactions and domestic and international M&A across numerous industries, the firm said in a news release.
