Embattled former lawyer Rudy Giuliani will be allowed to retain his homes and personal property following a settlement reached on Thursday with the Georgia poll workers he defamed.
Once unspecified terms are met, the agreement will conclude “all litigation currently pending between and among the parties,” reads a letter filed with the court.
