Nicholas Folly, most recently the Criminal Division deputy chief at the U.S. Attorney's Office of the Southern District of New York, has rejoined Debevoise & Plimpton, the firm said Tuesday. Folly joins as counsel in its white-collar and regulatory defense team in San Francisco.
Deveboise has made a push over the last couple of years to grow its San Francisco office, which, according to the firm, has doubled in size since it opened in 2021. In particular, the firm is making San Francisco a West Coast base for white-collar defense and regulatory legal work.
