As the daughter of two librarians, I must admit that surrendering to a paperless world is intimidating. I have always loved the feel of paper against my fingers while I devoured the information contained within the books I read. But let’s face it, folks, I’m getting older and the world is moving forward at a rapid pace.
It’s the age of technology and eco-consciousness. Once only ideas, cellular telephones, electronic readers, laptop computers, videoconferencing, virtual reality, and artificial intelligence are realities. All paperless.
The concept of e-filing advances a green existence, and has many other benefits. It is an essential technological advancement which has transformed the way in which businesses and government agencies record, store, share, and retrieve data.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
