Daniel Gitner, who served from 2021 to 2025 as chief of the Criminal Division for the Southern District of New York U.S. Attorney’s Office, is joining Debevoise & Plimpton, the New York firm said Tuesday.
He joins Debevoise as a partner in its white-collar defense and regulatory group. He’s the latest SDNY alum to join Debevoise, which also added the former deputy chief of SDNY’s Criminal Division, Nicholas Folly, last month in San Francisco.
