The Office of Court Administration signed a new, 20-year lease at 1 Pierrepont Plaza in Brooklyn Heights for attorneys and staff of the Appellate Division, Second Department.
The lease is for the entire 31,101-square-foot 14th floor, and there is a five-year renewal option. The move to the new quarters, a few blocks east of the current offices, is scheduled for first quarter 2010.
