ESTATE OF VICTORIA RAE BARRACK, Deceased (842/B/06)—This is a proceeding for the judicial settlement of the account of Public Administrator as administrator of this estate. Jurisdiction having been obtained over all necessary parties, the application for the judicial settlement of the administrator’s account is hereby granted.
Upon her default, the share of the net proceeds payable to Ula Barrack, is hereby ordered pursuant to SCPA 2218(2) to be deposited with the Commissioner of Finance of the City of New York for the account of Ula Barrack in accordance with the provisions of SCPA 2218. Attorney fees and commissions are approved in the amounts set forth in the accounting. The remainder of the relief requested within the account of proceeding is granted in all respects.
