MATTER OF THE TRUST UNDER AN AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 2, 1951, SETTLED BY HYMAN ALPERT, FOR THE BENEFIT OF ZANE ALPERT (4515/75)—At the call of the July 22, 2009 calendar, the petition of Lynn Alpert Scheck to resign as a co-trustee of the trust settled by Hyman Alpert for the benefit of Zane Alpert Kramer, under an agreement dated April 2, 1951, was granted. Lynn Alpert Scheck is directed to file her account, together with a petition for its judicial settlement, within 45 days after service of a copy of the order to be entered herein with notice of entry.
This decision, with a transcript of the July 22, 2009 proceedings, constitutes the order of the court.
